I came back with another review for you guys. This one is for lippie lovers, especially lipglosses ^^ The product that I want to review today is from a Japanese brand, Canmake. Which is Canmake Candy Wrap Lip #02 Navel Drop 😀
Canmake itself is a very famous brand in Japan. Canmake products are available in almost every beauty stores/pharmacy, and probably available in a few online shops here in Indonesia. I don’t really know >.<

Mine is 02, Navel Drop. It might look a little pink on the photo above, but it’s orange ^^
This product has a simple packaging, like a lipgloss in general. Plastic tube, with “Canmake Candy Wrap Lip” written on the tube. I really like the tube decoration, it has lace and cute borders!
The tube itself is transparent, so the orange color there is actually the product. It is also quite big, and there’s quite a lot of product in it ^^ And also the applicator makes the lipgloss easier to apply.
This color (02 Navel Drop) is like a mixture between orange and pink. It’s more on the coraly side. This is actually my favorite color to wear on my lips, because it will look extremely natural ^^ And this product doesn’t have any shimmer in it. I do like a lipgloss with no shimmer, because too much shimmer can make my lips feel uncomfortable >.<
The texture is like a normal lipgloss, but in my opinion it’s slightly less sticky than other lipglosses.
See? The color is really natural. You can apply it on the center of your lips only for natural shine or all over the lips to maximize the shine and color ^^
I really like this lipgloss, since the color is really pretty ^^
Well actually nothing really special, but also no cons.
For the staying power, I would say average. It will last for around 1 hour and you will need to reapply, especially with drinking and eating. It is normal since lipgloss in general doesn’t last long, like liptint or lipstain. But I can reapply this without a mirror, since I only use it, most of the time, on the center of my lips.
The conclusion!
Pros :
- Really pretty and natural color
- Wide color range
- Long tube, more product
- Easy to use
- No unpleasant smell
- Not overly sticky
Neutral :
- Sticky like a normal lipgloss
- Last for around 1 hour
- Can be used on top of lipstick, but that can make the applicator dirty..
- Quite cheap, 580 yen on the web (around Rp. 58.000)
Cons :
- Hard to get in Indonesia
Repurchase? Probably if I can get it in Indonesia.
